It was clean. The bed is extremely comfortable. There was plenty of hot water.
The location is perfect with off street parking which is a rarity.
We have stayed here numerous times over 25 years. New owners have not maintained the exterior landscaping which was always part of the charm. Breakfast is no longer provided.
The TV system is complicated. Inn keeper should provide printed instructions as to how to operate it. It actually turned on by itself in the middle of the night!
We started the gas fireplace, (again no instructions were provided) but eventually turned it off as I began to feel odd, so we opened the door to get some fresh air.

We had no coffee or soap to use to bathe.

Great location and it was really unique and pretty.
The mattress and pillows need to be replaced ASAP! It sinks in , in the middle. The place needs a good scrubbing from top to bottom. And there was no pastries and orange juice or wine provided as advertised. And we had to go hunt down a lighter to light the fireplace.
