Arce 5 Torrecilla Beach Casasol

De locatie, de tuin waaraan het terras ligt. Klein maar fijn de foto’s zijn precies zoals het is. Privé parkeren en een zeer goede ontvangst en communicatie met Casasol. Ook hiervoor mijn complimenten.

Wat een heerlijk appartement op een steenworp afstand van het strand. Alles voldeed aan onze verwachtingen : goed groot bed, een lekkere douche, complete keuken, een eigen terras met zeezicht en een goede smart TV. Ook konden wij op het eigen terrein onze auto parkeren. Er is een mooi zwembad maar hier hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. Prijsverhouding qua ligging is perfect. Rustige ligging met om de hoek direct leuke terrasjes en 2 supermarkten. Het oude centrum is op loopafstand en te bereiken via de strandboulevard of langs leuke terrasjes. Het appartement was netjes en schoon. De verhuurder kwam persoonlijk de sleutel brengen en gaf een rondleiding en gaf ook gelijk wat leuke tips over de omgeving. Wij komen zeker terug !

Comfy bed, lovely location with view of the sea and promenade so perfect for sunrise and sunset strolls. Nicely put together for a small space. Comfy sofa and English TV channels. Friendly neighbours. Close to a minimart. Liked our terrace which got sun until 1pm in Dec/Jan. Casasol who run it were helpful and left a pack of essentials on our arrival. Lovely bottle of cava and chocolate from owners when we got there. It really suited us well as it was good value for a month of winter sun.

It was lacking some basic kitchen utensils but Casasol said they'd get these if we wanted them so no problem there. Small bedroom window out onto a car park but not too much noise or fumes so only slight annoyance and nothing they can do about that! Overall very good value.

la ubicación es ideal, ya que se encuentra a escasos metros de la playa. Ademas esta situado en una zona bastante tranquila

La casa aunque parecía aparentemente limpia estaba sucia, debajo de los muebles encontramos numerosos cristales y restos de plástico. Ademas, el apartamento al ser un bajo tenia varios insectos especialmente hormigas, pero también tuvimos que quitar arañas y cucarachas. Por otro lado, los días de mal tiempo y viento, en el baño aparecía un olor muy fuerte y desagradable a cañerías, llamamos para comunicar el problema y la agencia me comento que me devolvería la llamada para encontrar una solución pero sigo esperándola.
