The apartment was perfect in the beautiful and peaceful town Nerja, close to everything and will stay again. Gunnlaugur
Nothing, except the lift was out of function because of maintenance.

The views from the balcony were outstanding and the photos do not do it justice. This was the main reason we choose the apartment and we were not disappointed. Loved the location as have been to Nerja before so knew where the apartment was.
We arrived at the property to the sound of a kango pneumatic drill and dust everywhere. Work had started to replace the lift. We were told the work had started a week early. The noise was unbearable and we decided we could not stay in the property. As we were unable to find alternative accommodation within our price range we had know choice but to stay in the property. Our host did offer us a full refund if we were able to find alternative accommodation and was very apologetic. He also advised he would arrange some sort of compensation through booking.com as we had no lift at all during our stay and due to the noise and inconvenience. The builders were working for the first 2 days of our stay and the last 2 days. Our host did check in with us part way through the holiday. Despite the issues with the noise and lack of lift we did enjoy our holiday and would return to the apartment.
