There are some rules to follow, though they are for keeping the property clean so that more people can come and enjoy it. Very peaceful house. It's a complete villa that you get with lots of room and bathroom and pool area and a car parking as well.
It doesn't come with any kind of water purifier for drinking water, you have to keep buying water.
If I am coming for a month and staying in a private villa, I need water supply for drinking water.

WARNING!!! This place will make you stay in Thailand forever! We did not want to leave. Even asked if we could stay longer but it was already booked. Location was perfect, as advertised, clean, POOL AMAZING!!! and for kids as well. Tops store couple mins walk, clinic incase of emergency 2 mins, resto 3 mins, massage 3 mins, everything 3 mins to 5 walk! 10 min bike ride to pattaya tree town.
Made our family trip truly amazing! Thanks!

We couldnt stay longer lol. Next time well book it for the month!!!
