Das Resort Anstich ist wirklich unfassbar schön und die lange Strandabschnitt ist wirklich toll.
Das Haus selber war toll und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein toller, großer Kühlschrank, Internet, Stauraum, Smart TV. Es war toll, dass wir ein SUP hatten und auch genug Platz und draußen viel zeit zu verbringen! Auch war die kleine Spülmaschine super praktisch.
Auch haben wir stets schnelle Hilfe bekommen als wir sie brauchten. Der Parklplatz war zwar extrem voll, aber wir haben immer einen Platz gefunden und unser Auto war dort sicher!
Es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die eventuell erneuert werden könnten (im Haus und auch in der Anlage). Zum Beispiel ist die Dusche etwas undicht, sodass nach jedem Duschen das Wasser im Bad steht. die Badtür lässt sich nicht ordentlich schließen, sodass sie ständig aufgeht, was auch etwas nervig war, da der Wasserboiler nachts laut war oder wenn man etwas Privatsphäre brauchte.
Das Resort besitzt leider keine öffentlichen Toiletten, zB an der Strandbar oder weiter untern, weswegen man immer zurück zum haus muss. Auch wäre ein Raum mit Waschmaschine/Trockner für die allgemeine Benutzung wirklich ein Mehrwert.
Das hat aber alles die Bewertung nicht stark beeinflusst. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. There is comfortable terrace, with garden furniture and sea view. It is located in a beatiful place, well managed pavements and plants, clean beach. Sunset view - breathtaking. We visited the villa in November and the whole resort was quiet which is what we were looking for. The weather was great and we spent a wonderful time. I can truly recommend.

Right on the beach, beaufitul terrace where you will want sit the whole time and new facilities. We had lovely time and were very pleased with the villa. Location super close to the beach is one of the biggest advantages, but also the paddleboards, that are included. There is also privite grilling place and sunbeds. It looks just like in the picture.
The only disadvantage we found was that there were no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Closest in Pakostane. Also the road leading to the villa is super unpaved. But its really not that bad.
