We visited Villa Eva on november. The camping was totally empty and very quiet. Location is perfect and the house is nice, clean and very well equiped

Die Unterkunft und Anlage war super schön. Der Strand direkt vor der Nase und das Haus entgegen aller Bedenken doch super privat. Der Besitzer war für alle Rückfragen sehr schnell zu erreichen und hat von Bali aus sich um ein Problem gekümmert das wir hatten. Es gibt einige Gebrauchsspuren die uns aber nicht gestört haben. Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr ruhig und genau das was wir gebraucht haben für uns und unsere autistische Tochter. Wir besuchen selten einen Ort zweimal aber diesen werden wir noch einmal besuchen.
Es gibt keine Feuerstelle wie auf den Fotos. Das fanden wir ein kleines bisschen schade aber es war auch nicht schlimm.

The best equipped house/apartment we have ever travelled to. Not only has grill and hot tub but also bluetooth speaker, blender, infrared heater outside, all kinds of kitchenware, even board games and books in various languages. All of that not bought on a garage sale but brand new and high quality products. It is very clear that hosts made every effort for guests to enjoy their stay at the beach house.
The location is great both for people looking for activities as well as those just looking for a place to chill out.
The house theoretically fits 6 people (four sleeping on bunk beds), but we were there as a family of five and it already got crowded at times. Villa is perfect for families with children but probably would not recommend it for 4+ adults.
There were some minor damages in the villa, some of which were fixed within a day from reporting them to hosts. Very good contact and attention that hosts pit to our comments makes me confident that any remaining deficiencies are going to be fixed within the next weeks, so it's not worth reporting.

Very nice beach villa located just a few steps from the private beach. Inside a tiny house you will find all the necessities you need for your stay (equipped kitchen, own bathroom, private grill, TV and wifi) and privat sauna is a bonus. We have spent 4 night here during a low season (March 2023) - great value for money and ideal starting point for bike trails around. Šibenik or Zadar towns are 30 minutes drive from here.
black features (toilet, wash basin) in the bathroom are nice, but a little less practical :)
