Un po’ caldo

The location of this apartment was absolutely incredible, directly in the heart of Trastevere. Lots of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and activities in the immediate area. The apartment itself is nice but on the more casual side of accomodations. We liked having a kitchen with the basic necessities, but I wouldn't try and cook a complicated meal there. Was fine for breakfast and mezze/antipasto. Great to have barrier-free access all the way up to the apartment. The lift is tiny but works well. Overall, a solid choice.

We had an issue in one of the bathrooms where the pipe feeding the shower was leaking water and soaking through the ceiling and causing significant mold growth. Francesca and her team were quick to respond and send a maintenance worker out to investigate the issue. The worker removed the worst of the mold and did a temporary repair but left a mess behind after their work. An additional visit by cleaners was offered for the next day, but I took care of it myself so that I didn't have to wait.

The apartment was well separated with the 2ensuite bedrooms either side of central living space. This was a little small. Ok for 2 people but it would have been squeeze for 4. The kitchen is well equipped but disorganized- very little space for all the equipment and no bench space for preparing food. Beds were comfortable and linen reasonable. Plenty of shower gel and dishwasher tablets but no washing machine detergent. Great location in Trastevere - we had a 2 week stay and thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood and convenience Agent met us which makes a pleasant change from “here is your code, good luck” No problems with the lift to 4th floor. Heating was very good.

Nothing except the disorganized kitchen. If you are not planning on cooking much that’s not a problem at all.
