Fue la dueña del departamento quien nos dio la bienvenida y nos entrego las llaves, junto con las instrucciones del uso del depto. Ella fue muy amable!

The suite was really nice; as expected from the pictures and description. The host responded quickly to any questions and concerns. She was flexible with the method and timing of payment, which helped us a lot. She also allowed a late check-out to make our logistics easier. That was very much appreciated. She was a great host and spoke perfect English.
The traffic noise was constant. We were assured this was a quiet suite. It is not. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you. To be fair, most places in this area of Quito probably have the same issue, so it's more a problem with the area, rather than this particular suite.

The owner ( Rossy ) is so amazing lady. She is so genuine and good about Everything.. The location is amazing..
The security system in the building is the worst ever, so strict rules, I never been in a such bad experience before. I travelled to 90 countries and never had any problems.. I really don’t recommend this building if you’re Single ( Man or Woman) . They don’t allow visitors, so it is really strict.
