the location was perfect, views of the lake and surrounding area were stunning.
the host went to a lot of trouble to make us feel welcome- great instructions, great communication and a welcome gift that was lovely!
it was extremely hot, though the fan was helpful.
the bed was very uncomfortable and the eco-toilet wasn’t great.

the service from Claudia was extraordinary, very friendly and customer oriented.
Botel is ecological and uses energy from wind and sun. At any time there can be power outages. one morning we didn’t have electricity for a few hours. There are no plates, knives, forks etc.
