Royal Arena Relais

So comfy. Everything was excellent - felt like I was staying in a museum.

Nothing, difficult to find however I phoned them and a lovely lady came and found us and took us to the hotel so not complaining at all!!!

Host found us. We went to 3D instead of 3. Communicated via Whats App (data). We could not make telephone calls. USB straight into wall. The room is as beautiful as photos. Great location. Lots of buses to and from train to just around the corner. It will show ‘stazione’ if it goes to Verona Porta Nuova train. Close to the Arena where all the restaurants are.

Had to sit at the lovely table for internet service.

Location was great as it was a one minute walk to the main Piazza (Bra). Our room was not ready when we arrived in Verona but we were allowed to leave our bags inside whilst it was being cleaned ready for our stay. Access to Amazon Prime on the big TV

Finding the apartment turned out to be tricky as there is no signs or anything. Google maps took us further down the street. Had to be met by a lady via Whatsapp The shower was facing the door as you walked in to the shower which made the floor get wet. The shower door could be better placed at the opposite end. My children loved the lighting within the shower which was pretty cool. The beds were very hard and not comfortable at all.

We stayed here for one night. Just a few minute walk from the historic center, it was very comfortable to drop our bags off and set off on the town after our flight. We found the room and bathroom to be comfortable and well designed, we didn't need it but I thought it was awesome that there was a washer, although unclear if there was detergent.

The room is in an apartment building, which we found a little strange but it was fine for a night. The bed was a little too firm for my liking.
