Villa Delle Ginestre - sea view

Appartamento molto grande con 03 camere da letto, soggiorno ampio, cucina anch'essa ampia, bellissimo terrazzo con vista sul mare.

La persona responsabile del nostro check-in era un po' invadente, ha telefonato diverse volte per sapere l'orario, io ero in vacanza e non avevo un orario preciso per arrivare, soprattutto guidando sulle strade della Costa, dove non si può avere una previsione esatta, lì può succedere di tutto. Il piatto doccia del bagno era intasato, gli ho mandato un messaggio a riguardo, lui mi ha risposto che già sapeva che succedeva, perché non è un problema che sia intasato ma un problema delle tubature che non hanno pendenza verso il basso ma verso l'alto, quindi ogni volta che dovevamo fare la doccia era una follia, in pochi secondi il piatto si riempiva, una doccia veloce diventava una doccia lunga. Ci è mancato un tocco femminile nella cura della casa, per sentirsi come a casa propria. Un altro problema grave è stata la difficoltà ad arrivare all’appartamento: una discesa di 70 scalini, con valigie e altre borse è stata difficile. Avrebbero dovuto avvisare i clienti della presenza di queste scale, così si arriva preparati e magari si porta meno bagaglio.

Praiano is a lovely town and much calmer / less touristy than neighbouring Positano. Location of the villa is actually a little further out of the town (towards Positano) than indicated on Booking.com location map. There are great restaurants and bars in the town which is about 10-15mins walk to the centre. The villa is spacious and comfortably accomodated five of us. Actually, there is a pull out mattress under the single bed, so the villa could accommodate 7 in total. The view from the terrace / balcony is outstanding and lovely for sitting out with a drink at the end of the day (in July, the sun dropped below the hillside at about 7.30pm). It's worth dropping into the town tourist info office - we got great advice on walking 'the Path of the Gods' and visiting Ravello, etc.

The host was a bit zealous / exacting when it came to our ETA but fair enough if he had other plans. Parking can be tricky - there is free street parking. We always got a spot but sometimes had to walk 5mins. Villa decor is a bit tired and would benefit from a refresh. WiFi is a bit slow. Amalfi coast road traffic is a nightmare - be prepared!

the house was classic italian with some renovations. The view was fanstatic. The air conditioning worked great. Comfortable clean beds and areas

It would have been nice to have coffee which we replaced or a regular coffee maker with sugar and cream along with a toaster and iron that worked and ice cube trays. The entrance from road is not marked so if we didn't come in from recommended shuttle not sure how we would of found it. The town is about a 15 min walk and bus can be iffy but bus stop up the stairs and just down the road.

Вилла потрясающая!!! Очень просторная, для отдыха семьей или компанией подходит великолепно!!! Три отдельные спальни, два просторных санузла с душем, огромная гостиная, кухня и террас а с шикарным видом на Праяно и Позитано. Джузеппе был крайне внимателен и любезен, встретил нас у входа и помог с парковкой автомобиля недалеко от виллы!!! Рекомендую- вы получите огромное удовольствие от проживания в этом месте❤️

Могла бы написать , что лестницы и ступени- но они здесь везде. Все великолепно!!!
