"Casa Pina", 3-room semi-detached house 95 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, practical furnishings: living room with curtain with satellite TV. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, electric coffee machine) with dining table, open-hearth fireplace. Upper floor: walk-through room with 2 beds. 1 large double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC. Heating. Natural stone floors. Small balcony, large terrace. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house, no parking. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Access to the house by approx. 600 m possible. The owner will do the luggage transport on the arrival and departure days from here.
