Open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table and heating stove. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Bath/bidet/WC. Heating. Natural stone floors. Large terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Access to the house possible up to approx. 600m. The owner will do the luggage transport on the arrival and departure days from here.
