Very sunny furnished spacious balcony (23sqm) with breathtaking panoramic view over the Saanenland. 1 garage and 1-2 uncovered parking spaces are available. The cable cars, ski and cross-country ski slopes as well as different shopping facilities (in Saanen or Schönried) are reachable within a few minutes by car. Living/dining room with sofa which converts into a conventional bed (140x200cm), swedish oven, TV, dining table and open-plan kitchen (equipped among other things with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine with capsules (Delizio) as well as fondue- and a raclette-set). 1 bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together (2x90x200cm). 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x190cm). 1 bathroom with bathtub/toilet and combined washing machine/tumble dryer. WiFi. INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, hot water, garage, 1-2 uncovered parking spaces, firewood, WiFi, combined washing machine and tumble dryer, capsules for the Delizio coffee machine (initial supply), kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. ***Pets not allowed***.
