Wooden/log cottage 1994, living room/kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, second bedroom double bed, sleeping loft with folding door 2 beds and 2 mattresses, dressing room (convertible sofa as an alternative sleeping Place) , washroom, sauna (electric stove). Gas grill on the terrace. Separate sauna building, sauna has wood-fired stove, dressing room. The plot is bordered by a neighborhood with permanent residents. Parties must always be agreed separately with the gcaretaker of the cottage. The peace of the permanent residents living next door must be respected and it is not possible to have noise-causing parties. Fireplace not in use during summer. A wood-fired outside hot tub can be rented from the caretaker. Contact details for the caretaker are in the booking confirmation. Prices: 150 € / weekend (Fri-Sun) and 200 € / week. The price includes VAT, guidance, firewood, final cleaning and disinfection. Filling and heating service 50 € / time if needed. If you want to organize a party, those must be agreed with the caretaker. The peace of the permanent residents living near the cottage must be respected. It is not possible to organize parties that cause noise.
