More information by the provider: The comfortably furnished, 78m2 large 2-room maisonette apartment on 2 floors in the Engelberg village settlement "Am Dürrbach" leaves nothing to be desired: After a day in nature, enjoy a fine meal from the well-equipped kitchen, relax with a movie and wake up in the morning with a breathtaking mountain panorama. The vacation apartment has two floors, each with a spacious balcony, a shower/WC and another WC, a romantic and comfortable sleeping area with TV and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso machine) and a dining and living area with TV and free Wifi. The sofa in the living area can be used as a sofa bed for two children. The two floors of the apartment respectively the bedrooms and living rooms are connected by an open staircase (without railings), there are no doors in between. The bedrooms cannot be darkened. This nice apartment is suitable for max. 2 adults or for a family with children. The settlement includes a wellness area with a swimming pool, which has a counter-current system, as well as the possibility (for a fee) for a sauna, steam bath or solarium. Parking is available at the entrance of the housing estate. The apartment house is located directly next to a stream and the valley station of the ski lift Brunni and the children's ski area Globi's Kinderland is only 200 meters away and the village center/train station can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Alternatively, during the day there is also a bus that also goes to the valley station of the Titlis. The medieval city of Lucerne, situated on the lake, is 36 km away or a train journey of just under an hour. Pets are not allowed. NON-SMOKING
