Family Villa Rousa in Rethymno with Pool, BBQ and Kids Area

Przestronny duży dom a w zasadzie dwa domy z dwoma basenami ,dużo miejsca dla sporej grupy osób dwie duże kuchnie , grill z miejscem do jedzenia na zewnątrz,czysto , bardzo pomocny gospodarz reagujący w zasadzie natychmiast po zgłoszeniu jakiejkolwiek uwagi ,dla sporej grupy ludzi na duży plus stół do bilarda, piłkarzyki i inne gry . Zadbany ogród to również zaleta . Obiekt znajduje się przy dość ruchliwej ulicy ale nie sprawiało to dla nas większego problemu .Przy basenie jest wystarczająca ilość leżaków i parasoli . Dla części osób były zbyt miękkie materace ale to już indywidualna kwestia. W niewielkiej odległości od domu dostępne restauracje i sklepy Do najbliższej plaży 6km Na przywitanie smaczny poczęstunek to miłe ze strony właściciela .

Fantastic villa with all facilities and home comforts, ideal for families travelling together, very helpful, friendly hosts nothing too much trouble and easy to contact. Very welcoming and informative. Very clean and tidy and pools were cleaned and maintained daily

Location was a little remote and nothing within easy walking distance so a car is needed for the stay, however the villa has everything to keep you entertained!

Great sized property, lovely pool, garden and outdoor space.... comfortable! Hosts were fantastic! The best ever moussaka cooked for us, treats left for us, there was an issue with the Air Con, this was sorted out for us immediately. would love to re-visit

Limiting kitchen utensils, BBQ need bit of a re-vamp (improved grill etc)

Me with my family and friends rented both houses for 10 days. Host: We were a group of 16 (12 adults and 4 children) so we rented both villas. Even though the initial booking was for 14, the host had no issue with 2 extra children. Also, becase we had a very late flight back, we could checkout late without any problems. When we arrived we were greeted with orange juice and some snacks. The houses: The 2 houses are similar: on the ground floor: open kitchen with dining room/living room, one bathroom with shower; upstaris 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and one with twin beds) each with private bathroom. Every house has it's own swimming pool. Houses are cleaned and linen changed every 5 days, swimming pool cleaned almost daily. Also, there is a 4 car parking place. Location: In a nice quiet village. Although it is on the main road, during the night it's quiet enough. Just 3 minutes by car you will find a local mini-market and some nice tavernas. I recommend Zorbas Taverna. Also, the nearest beaches are quite close, 8-10 minutes drive. The conclusion is that I recommend the villas and the host.

The only downside is that the owners parents live on the premises, in a semi basement level of the houses, so you don't have full privacy. They have a separate entrance and a separate door to the backyard so we didn't had any issues with them, but it was wierd sometimes because we were feeling watched.
