54 m2. More information by the provider: Little comfortable chalet with a new kitchen, new floors and a modern furniture. It is situated in the quarter Neufeld. The whole house is on the same level. There’s a big garden. It is perfect for families with kids or for older people. To reach the centre, it takes you about 10 minutes for walking or to go with the bike. Really close is the playground with the little lake and also the cross-country-slopes. The bus stop is in 3-5 minutes.
Small 4-room house with a new open-plan fitted kitchen, dining table with corner bench, sofa corner for four people, three bedrooms each with two double beds and one with a bunk bed. New floors and windows. Functional bathroom with a bathtub for showering. Nespresso capsule machine available, please note that you need to bring the capsules yourself (not available at Lenk). Electric storage heater and fireplace (wood) for heating.
Incl. Kitchentowels and wood for heating in the fire place, bed linen, final cleaning. Excl. electricity (heating costs) are going to be calculated after the stay and you will get a bill. Bath towels are not disposable.
