An unforgettable view and stay

The Tannenbühl location is perfect and the house is spacious and clean. It’s an excellent place for a large family to stay.

The only downside is that the house gets quite warm in summer, as there is no air conditioning or standard fans available. We did receive fans immediately upon request, which we really appreciated, but since all properties were fully booked, we only received two instead of four. For that reason, I would suggest providing fans as a standard amenity during the summer months.

Very disappointing – not worth the price

This place was a big letdown. First, the location on Booking.com is misleading it's actually about 15 minutes away from the tagged spot, and the road is extremely narrow and unsafe. The listing advertised two toilets, but there was only one - and even that one wasn't working. We reported it immediately and even sent a video, but received no response for over 25 hours. The host only replied after we had already checked out. The lack of communication, the false advertising, and the inconvenience we experienced make this place absolutely not worth the price. Would not recommend.

Amazing house!

The house is very spacious, modern, beautiful and very comfortable. The view from the terrace is amazing! Very well equipped. Host was super nice, helpful and replied quickly.

Some of the rooms didn't have blinds, so there was some light coming in in the morning. Didn't bother everyone. Just a few people in our group.

Lenk has beautiful scenery. It is a rather quiet village.

We had to go to 2 different hotels to get the key. The room was another 500 M away in another Hotel. The room had no number. We had to try to open the door with the key to find… Coffe machine had no caps. Tv had no SWISS Chanel’s. No easy chairs in the room,only on the advertising pic.

Great Location

Location is amazing. the road might be difficult as it is one lane road for both directions but you will get used to it very fast.

Collect your keys before going up the mountain... I had to drive back down to the Hotel to find the reception. By the way, you must collect the keys yourself from the table once you enter the hotel. I was hoping the host would provide at least two cards instead of one. I lost the card and no one was in the hotel or answering the phone calls. was not a pleasant experience.

beautiful view

the property’s view was perfection & the size of the apartment for 5 people was also good. the bathroom & shower were good

the absence and late responses of the staff were not helpful at all which was very devastating. the washing machine location was creepy and it was very dirty. the way to go to reach the hotel which was up the mountain can be hard for people who are not used to it & the area is kind of secluded. also the elevator doesn’t reach every floor of the apartment and u still need to carry your luggage up or down. and the garage was not always working and it locked us out of our car on the day we were supposed to leave.

Location is great next to a coop store. Parking was under the apartment and can accommodate 2.3 meter height. The only thing needs addressing is the quality of internet.

Quality of internet can be improved it worked in few rooms but has bad signal in others.

The Jacuzzi was not working and I try to reach the owner through message, email and also through booking.com but no body reply to me which is very disappointing , the road to the flat is very very very narrow and scary, I lived in mountain flats before but this is different , also too much insects entering the flat when you open the window , Comparing to the value of money , this flat not worth it.

I did not like this apartment, it was not clean. In addition, the apartment is located in a very high area in the mountain - we didn't know that -. To reach the apartment, there is a long staircase, which makes it difficult to carry bags to the apartment. And the treatment of the staff was not good when we asked them to change the apartment because it is too high. They asked us to pay 300 francs only for cleaning and this is a very high price. And when we asked about the reason for the high price, they said, "Stay in your apartment if you don't want to pay”- and that's rude.

Good Apartment, Overpriced, Management Needs To Assign Staff to Correct Inaccurate Booking.com Info

This is a nice apartment. It was close to the train station and it was very easy to get the keys. The kitchen worked well. It had a good partial view of the mountains at the head of the valley. The balconies were large and had very functional furniture.

1. When you roll your luggage from the train station as you approach the apartment building the last 50 meters are on uneven, cracked concrete covered with a thin layer of sharp, angular gravel. This is very hard on luggage wheels. 2. The temperature in the shower fluctuates continuously. Significantly. The hot water system needs to be adjusted, maintained, repaired, or replaced. 3. The apartment had a strong unpleasant odor. Every time I returned it was noticeable. 4. The apartment was very overpriced compared to other apartments in Swiss mountain resort villages. Apartments I rented the weeks before and after this one were hundreds of Francs less and they had larger living area and substantially higher quality furniture. They also had large decks but with unobstructed views of the mountains. The upstairs in this apartment may add a little value for children, but not enough to justify this price difference. As the management points out the upstairs ceiling slopes and has exposed rafters. Most of it is too short for average adults. 5. The information listed on Booking.com is very inaccurate and misleading. I first reserved one of their other apartments. I accidentally discovered while looking for something else on a map that the apartment was not near the train station but was a long steep 1 hour walk up a switchback road 3.5 km (2+ miles) away from the address that they give on Booking.com. The address given for the apartment is only where you pick up the keys. That is where the apartment is shown on the Booking.com map. They have several apartments in the valley. They all erroneously give that address. I am certain that nobody looking on Booking.com in Sydney, Syracuse, or Sapporo is going to pick an apartment based on the location of where they pick up the keys. They want to know where the apartment itself is; how far it is from transportation, services, etc. What is also misleading is that they use photos from all the apartments for each individual apartment.
