More information by the provider: The family-friendly holiday house " AMARENA " is located in a quiet, central and sunny location with a wonderful view The house is situated quiet but yet central. Car park, great lawn with swing. Terrace/balcony with chairs and tables. Within 150-200 metres, you'll find: cableway station to go to Hohsaas (3100 metres above sea level, skiing and hiking area), artificial and natural ice rink, cross country track (25 km long), curling, tennis courts, well-maintained mountain bike trails, bus stop for Saas-Fee and Saas Almagell, Vita-Parcours, swimming-pool and stores.
This 1-room apartment is on the first floor, has a south balcony and 1 comfortable and modern kitchen-cum-living-room with 2 foldaway beds, a corner unit with comfortable chairs, telephone, SAT-TV, radio/CD-player, hair dryer, shower/WC. All windows have roller shutters.
Holiday taxes Summer: CHF 7.-/adults, CHF 3.50/children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter: CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Package CHF 30.00 per person / stay (electricity, water, heating , bed linen) is offset by the lessor , together with the final invoice.
