About this vacation rental

80 km north-east of Kuopio, L.Ala-Nurmesjärvi 25 m (length 5 km, width 600 m), shallow, hard bottom, own boat. Wooden detached house 1980, renovated 2006 and 2015, kitchen, living room with convertible sofa, bedroom double bed (160 cm wide), bedroom 2 double beds (other 160 cm and other 120 cm wide), additional room with sofa bed (appr. 120 cm wide), washing room, dressing room, sauna (electric stove), utility room (washer, drying cabinet) where also another toilet, hall, glazed porch. No fireplace in house, only a wood-burning baking oven. Wireless Internet connection. Air source heat pump with cooling function. A wooden terrace 30 m² between the cottage and beach, barbecue and large dining area, beautiful view to the lake. For children, a two-storey playhouse on a hill near the yard.
