Sänky oli erinomainen. Huvila rakennus itsessään kaunis ja tilava. Keittiövarustus oli erinomainen.
Kärpäsistä, muurahaisansoista, johtoviritelmistä (rumat ja vaaralliset), olohuoneen kalustus vaatisi päivitystä ja tv voisi olla olohuoneen kokoon nähden isompi, autokatosta ei voinut käyttää, saunaosasto ei ollut viihtyisä, liikaa henkilökohtasia tavaroita
