90 km south-east of Seinäjoki, L.Perännejärvi 20 m (length 8 km, width 1.2 km) shallow, dredged and sanded swimming shore, further out soft bottom, own boat.
Log chalet 2010, living room/kitchen, bedroom double bed, bedroom 2 beds, utility room, washroom, sauna (electric stove), roofed terrace. Upstairs: bedroom with 2 beds, wc, lounge with 2 beds, balcony.
A wood-burning 8-10 person hot tub for rent for additional price. Hot tub rent is 130 € / day (one heating), 200€ / 2 days. For longer period extra price. Filling, warming, emptying and cleaning of the hot tub by the client. Rent is paid on the spot by cash to the owner.
High standard furnishings, excellent interior décor colour effects, a truly comfortable holiday home. Equipment includes karaoke facility.
Pet fee extra charge (fee is per booking period, maximum 2 pets).
Final cleaning is included in all rentals made from 9.6.25 onwards.
