O acolhimento e o profissionalismo da equipe foi maravilhoso. Desde a reserva, um problema exigiu contato telefônico e o atendimento foi excelente, encaminhamento pertinente e resolvido a contento!!!

O hotel superou minhas expectativas para uma hospedagem de pernoite durante uma viagem. O quarto, embora compacto, estava impecavelmente limpo, com roupa de cama e banho de excelente qualidade, ar-condicionado, TV, frigobar e tudo funcionando perfeitamente. O atendimento foi muito cordial, e o recepcionista indicou um ótimo restaurante nas proximidades. O café da manhã foi muito bom, servido em um ambiente bonito, aconchegante e muito bem decorado, valorizando a tradição de Porto Ferreira em cerâmicas e decoração. Excelente custo-benefício. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.
Como sugestão de melhoria, o suporte para toalhas do banheiro estava frouxo e se soltava com facilidade. O estacionamento também é pequeno e possui poucas vagas. Fora esses detalhes, não tenho outras observações.
