Beachfront Villa, Abundant Wildlife, Best Location

The location was perfect, close to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The property is lovely with a great view of the ocean from the deck. It was peaceful and relaxing.

The locks on gates make the property feel secure but they are kind of a hassle to deal with every time you leave and come back. Outdoor furniture wasn’t very comfortable for a place where you want to spend a lot of time outside. Kitchen is minimally stocked if you wanted to cook your own meals.

We stayed in the Villa Marisa, the bigger one of the two houses (in the pictures it looks like two houses very close to eachother, but in fact it is one big house). The house has a cool layout and made us feel very comfy, but above all, the location is amazing, being so close to the beautiful natural beach of Playa Cocles, surrounded by lovely nature (we saw a sloth, monkeys and a coati bear in the garden!). Thomas was a perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with all our questions and requests, but also full of tips for activities in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would without a doubt recommend it to anyone!

The kitchen equipment could do with a little update ;-), but since we didn‘t intend to do extensive cooking it was no problem for us.
