Luxury Beachfront Apartment with Oceanview Terrace

The host was extremely helpful and responsive, she has so many great resources! The property is right on the beach and you can hear the waves. It is located in a quiet part of town a short walk to restaurants. Everything was clean and convenient. There is a nice outdoor shower too!

Very nice and well-maintained property with a beautiful sea view. The garden is lovely and adds a relaxing atmosphere to the stay. The direct access to the beach is a real highlight and extremely convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

There was a bit of noise from the nearby road, mainly for the apartments closer to it, but it was easily manageable with earplugs.

Das Apartment im oberen Stockwerk ist modern, verfügt über bequeme Betten und ein Badezimmer (nur Dusche) nach europäischem Standard. Von der überdachten Veranda aus hat man ein Stück Blick auf den Atlantik (allerdings ein hässliches großes grünes Wellblech-Dach im Vordergrund). Der Strand ist ca. 100m entfernt.

Hier gibt es einige Punkte, die für potentielle Interessenten wichtig sein könnten: 1. Das Haus liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße, der Hauptverbindungsstraße nach Manzanillo und weiter nach Panamá. In beiden Schlafzimmern ist es deshalb sehr laut. Ohrstöpsel empfohlen. 2. Als wir im Haus wohnten (Ende April 2025) wurden dort laute, sehr störende Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Nach unserer Meinung sollte man dann auf eine Vermietung verzichten oder diese zu einem deutlich reduzierten Preis anbieten. 3. Da auch die untere Etage mit zwei weiteren Apartments vermietet wird (wie auch das zum Strand hin vorgelagerte Haus), ist es insgesamt etwas unruhig. Wer Individualität und Ruhe liebt, sollte definitiv nicht diese Unterkunft wählen.
