Der Charme des Hauses hat uns gut gefallen, gepflegte Räumlichkeiten, ruhige Lage und trotzdem war die Innenstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir mussten das Auto nicht bewegen, es stand sicher im Carport am Haus.
Durch die Lage der Wohnung unter dem Dach, war der Kopffreiraum etwas beengt. Und bei 4 Erwachsenen wäre ein separates WC eine Kriterium, das ich bei einem nächsten Urlaub mehr beachten würde. Der Fernseher war uns nicht wichtig, denn da gab es wohl Einschränkungen in der Nutzung.

Großzügig geschnittene, nett eingerichtete Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter moderner Küche. SIe liegt in einer wunderschönen alten Villa mit einem parkählichen Garten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Top Lage, super Parkplätze für Autos.
Die Betten haben leider ziemlich geknarzt, waren ansonsten aber schön groß und kuschelig. Die Stühle auf dem ersten Balkon waren ganz schön alt und sollten dringen erneuert werden. Die Balustrade des zweiten Balkons sollte dringend erneuert werden. Der Bewegungssensor in der Wohnung für das Licht im Flur ist hilfreich, sollte aber abschaltbar sein, damit er nachts nicht nervt.
