Bheaven I Marina Premium Apartment

Location

This apartment is definitely a case of over promising and under delivering. A very good position with interesting views and free parking. However, the apartment was grubby, smelt of smoke, the shower had only superficially been cleaned since the last guest with the glass side of the shower having not been cleaned for some time as well as the bottom of the glass door and the surround inside the shower having not been cleaned, again, for some time. There were silverfish in the bathroom. The kitchen has a hot plate but the oven and microwave are in an unventilated cupboard both connected to a socket by an extension cable - this is a fire risk as the amperage of these appliances far exceeds the maximum for the socket and extension lead. Also these appliances were permanently on which was also a fire risk due to heat build up. The freezer has not been defrosted and as a result cannot be used. The living area has a rug which is stained and the Venetian blind on the right window is permanently halfway down missing cord controls. The hosts, although attentive, are remote both physically and practically. The electronic door switch to the outside door stopped working. We were provided with a key by the hosts via an elaborate explanation of where to obtain it (in a key safe on a derelict building next to the block) which suggested that this may be a common problem. One of the most disturbing issues is the close proximity to a private beach club which hosts extremely loud parties and has a loud & smelly restaurant. Whilst this is not the responsibility of the hosts it is something that should be noted in the details. Therefore, this apartment deserves a poor review score and as a ‘wake up call’ to the hosts the score is one star. My advice is to steer clear from booking this apartment until there is a clear improvement in the facilities & to the hosts : get a better cleaner.

Keine Couch für 2 Personen zum chillen. Die Außenliegen waren sehr unbequem.

Een met de elementen (hagelbuien, sneeuwstorm, thundersnow) vanaf een prima bank. De loodsboten zien uitvaren, de seenotretter in actie. Een toplocatie! Gastvrij dat thee-aanbod ;-)

alles prima in orde alleen- voor ons Nederlanders onbegrijpelijk- waarom altijd twee één-persoons-dekbedjes op een groot tweepersoonbed?

Lage und Überblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Eine komfortable und stylishe Unterkunft mit Lage, Lage, Lage. Der Blick auf den Hafen mit seinen beiden Schleusen war für uns Kino. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, das Schlafzimmer sehr bequem, die ganze Wohnung modern und hell.

Alles ok

Top Lage, Appartement super ausgestattet , sogar Tee & Kaffee ist bereits vorhanden. Feines Restaurant im Haus, können es nur empfehlen!

Automatische und lichtdichtere Storen wären das Tüpfchen auf dem "I" 😊
