The property is delightful! The creative use of space and design are both quirky and inviting. The Hosts very easy to communicate with and friendly, and the location just stunning. Thank you!
Finding the key was a little tricky, but a minor change in the wording would solve that. The spiral staircase is gorgeous and hosts do warn of it prior to confirming booking, it is a little tricky to get a big suitcase up it, but not impossible.

Conveniently close to the local pub and local store too.

Location. Just off the M11 for our journey North
The bed, a bit too soft for us. A new mattress maybe required

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Countryside, in a small village. large garden for our dog and lovely place to go for walks, local pub and farm shop. The property was clean, kitchen had all you need to cook meals and a coffee machine. it was home from home.

Easy check in and a comfortable living area
The mattresses were uncomfortable, sagging in at the middle.
No access to Netflix and no sound on the tv
Just two tea bags were provided
The Fußball table was broken

It’s quirkiness has its own charm. The setting is lovely and the village is adorable. Clean and tidy.
as tall people we struggled a little with the layout.
It’s fine for a short stay though.
Kitchen table should be longways to allow for easier moving in the kitchen, and an outdoor seating area closer to the house would be lovely.

Great location. Very clean. Great hosts on hand to help and provide information.
Table football was an added bonus!

A nicely designed and decorated recent stables attic conversion. Spacious and yet cosy. The hosts, who live below, couldn't have been more helpful and charming.
No issues at all.

Everything place is superb. Pub 100 yards away, bakery even closer. Made to feel right at home.
Bit dodgy getting out the drive. Apart from that the only thing I did not like was leaving. Chill out at the bottom of garden with a beer, cows roaming the field. Magic magic magic.

Goof facilities, nice barn conversion- and host was communicative.
A tiny bit on the pricey side.

Eaves would make it uncomfortable with tall people. Luckily we are not!!

It’s a beautiful house in lovely grounds, large living space, comfy bed. Really nice and friendly owners who live in the house adjoining. Mostly quiet though more traffic than we expected. Great bakery next door (easy walk) for lovely breakfasts.
Not a lot. We’re quite tall so the beams in the bedroom meant bending to get to the bathroom and round the bed etc. We wished the living space upstairs had windows at eye level. The garden is great but not mown when we were there so not really that useable beyond the seats outside the back door. Really lovely views to the countryside beyond. These are small things and just nudged it off being a 10 out of 10 for us. We would recommend to others.

Could not fault this property or the hosts at all. A stunning little apartment with everything you need. A complete mini home with fully stocked (utensils and appliances) kitchen, with the bits and bobs you always forget - cooking oil and seasoning!
Nothing that could be improved, but just something to mention so visitors are aware.
The kitchen is on the ground floor, everything else including the bathroom is upstairs, up a spiral staircase, so not a quick journey and not ideal for anyone who is infirm.
