Garden City Beach Oceanfront Condo 806 | Rising Tides Properties Rental

Condo was very nice, out the back by the pool and you're on the beach. Lynne with Rising Tide Properties was wonderful to deal with. Had a very nice visit and we'll be back.

We enjoyed our long weekend in the condo. There is so much to do in the area. This was basically a reconnaissance trip to check out the area and it didn't disappoint. This is a great little place to stay. Having to check-in at a different location was inconvenient but overall it was a clean and comfortable place to get away as a couple.

the property management was awesome, very clean, has all of the things you could need. And the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a rental!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We stayed for almost the full month of March. It was very quiet and peaceful. There was some external maintenance work done to the building during our visit (it was just that time of year), but it was minimal noise and only on a few days. The oceanfront view cannot be beat. Like, the ocean.is.right.there. The condo is exactly as pictured, very tastefully decorated. We loved the openness of the kitchen and living room. The rental was extremely clean. We checked-in, did a walk through, and didn't feel icked out at all. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make meals at home. The bedroom was a bit small (or maybe the bed and dresser were really big), and considering we only spent our sleeping hours in there, it was perfectly fine with us. The bed is very firm, but we slept well on it. For as long as we stayed, it was so helpful having a washer and dryer - both worked perfectly.The only caveat is if there are smokers, the smoke would linger on the balcony for quite some time. During the time we stayed at the condo, there were lots of smokers who would light up quite frequently throughout the day. This wasn't a huge deal to us, but if dislike second hand smoke, this may be a concern.The location is great and so very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. There is a Walmart only five minutes away. We were able to stock up on groceries and last-minute items we had forgotten to pack. There's also a Kroger (with a Starbucks!) just a short-distance away.There are luggage carts available which makes getting settled efficient and easy. We managed to snag a shopping cart one time which helped us bring in our initial grocery haul. There is a three tier parking deck you pull into, and we recommend parking near the elevators (especially when you're checking in/out). The top deck of the parking garage corresponds to "2" in the elevator, and the second level deck is "L". Go to "LL" and head through the indoor pool to access the outdoor swimming pool/hot tub and beachBlaise is a great host. He provided critical updates and reached out via phone/email to check on us. He provides a lot of important information ahead of time which answered a lot of our questions even before we arrived. You'll enjoy the comfort and convenience of this property. Don't pass it up!
