We have stayed at The Greens condo community a few times and while we love the location to the Catalina Mountains, hiking and biking, shopping and great restaurants, this time renting this particular condo was disappointing. Living room carpet is Grundy and should be thrown away. Many of the walls need repainting, all scratched up. The hall bath towel rack is broke off the wall. The back patio had not been swept nor patio table wiped down (my husband did all that). Even though condo location is great, short walk to pool, the Condo itself needs some huge improvement. Did not feel like a resort like vacation with the condo really lacking and very worn looking throughout. Personally, We won’t rent this one again. Lori B.
