It is located on a large lot. The lot is enclosed with a white picked fence. It has 3 large bedrooms with 1 bathroom. The third bedroom has a dedicated office space. There a beautiful galley kitchen with gas stove. Washer and dryer are located in the kitchen under the butcher block counter top. There is open shelving for extra storage. The home has a large shared front yard with fire pit and seating. It also has a private backyard that is also fenced for additional privacy with a fire pit as well. The backyard has a shed for additional storage. There are security cameras in the front yard and backyard. The home is in an excellent location between 4 major hospitals: Banner UMC, St-Mary's Hospital, Tucson Medical Center and St-Joseph's Hospital. It is also located near great restaurants and shops.

My husband and I booked a four month stay while he was undergoing cancer treatments. The location is very close to the hospital and the cancer clinic. The host was very responsive to any issues that arose during our stay. The set up is very pet friendly and the office was perfect for my WFH job.
