Forget everything you know about studios because this gem boasts plenty of room with a queen Murphy bed, high-speed WiFi, and a TV to keep you entertained during your stay. The well-equipped kitchen boasts custom tile, a gas range, a retro Smeg refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker to make meal prep a breeze.
Please note that animals must be crated upon leaving the home, and no pets on the bed or furniture. Thank you.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location with super cute decor! A few minor suggestions could make the stay more enjoyable - possibly an additional shelf or storage option in the bathroom and a full length mirror would be great! The humidifier needs constant dumping but we didn't mind at all. The overhead light was not working during our stay and was reported but was not a major issue.

This cottage is just like the photos. My husband and I wanted a weekend away, just the two of us and this was just the place. Folly Beach was beautiful and the cottage was quiet and cozy. Murphy bed not the most comfortable, but it was ok for two nights.

The place (actually Cottage B) is in a great location but has Zero privacy through the blinds. I had to buy sheets to hang up over all the windows. Cute place but I don't recommend a long stay. Maybe 2 or 3 days top do to lacking comfort inside ie. seating and bed. It does have a little shared area to hang out in the back yard and walking distance to the Beach, Bars and restaurants.
