Lovely beach decor and updated furnishings. Beautiful complex swimming pool overlooking the inlet, outside beach/pool shower and gated parking for one vehicle only.
Balcony on the oceanfront with amazing views. Parking available for one vehicle only.
No Smoking - No Pets Allowed. No Motorcycles. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
The Space:
First floor corner unit literally steps to the beach and the most scenic spot in North Myrtle Beach! Amazing view from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and balcony, where you can watch dolphins play. Always clean 2bedroom (Main Bedroom has 1 Queen bed , Guest Bedroom has 2 twins), 2 bathroom with 3 TV's and 3 DVD players. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and small appliances. Large living room/dining/kitchen area and many designer extra touches. Unit has Wi-Fi, cable TV, central heat and air and private washer/dryer, plus a public facility laundry room. Ocean View Villa complex has gated access, outdoor pool with shower area.
Parking allowed for one vehicle only.
Guest Access:
Guests will pick up and return key(s) to the rental office. The gate code is #1776

Perfect location, very nicely decorated and comfortable Building under construction, very loud and stuff everywhere We saw about 5 large bugs maybe roach. Although unit was very clean. Maybe stirred up from construction. Needs work on front door, hard to open and shut. Even with these things we had a great time and the location was amazing and will definitely stay again Make sure u get gate code before u arrive it is not listed on paperwork.

The property has great ocean views and easy access to pool and beach. Some things in need of repair that I’m surprised that the cleaning staff did not report. Such as lights that were out, clogged drain in hall bathroom, screen on deck was completely off, dishwasher rack difficult to move. Just minor repairs and some TLC. Well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay!

We Left two days early, it was really hot and the AC wasn’t working at full capacity. The property manager or owners should consider a deep clean, an exterminator (roaches, not palmetto bugs)a carpenter to fix doors that won’t shut, HVAC to fix air conditioning and plumber to fix leaking dishwasher. We stayed at this location previously but in a different unit and were very impressed with cleanliness and communication, so not all units are equal.This is a beautiful, quiet location, the pool is nice, loved the beach, inlet, and point privacy.
