The spacious master suite features a luxurious Casper Cooling Memory foam king bed, a modern walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV for relaxation. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and two single bunk beds, ideal for families or groups. It also has its own flat-screen TV. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. Unwind in the living room, which boasts another flat-screen TV for entertainment. Enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer during your stay. This well-appointed condo provides all the comforts of home in a stylish, elevated setting.

Please be aware that motorcycles and golf carts are NOT permitted on the property, creating a peaceful environment for all guests. Our furry friends will have to sit this vacation out, as pets are not allowed on the property. Ring doorbell camera at the entrance.
2 Vehicles Max: golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, and oversized vehicles are NOT permitted;
No smoking or vaping inside the home;
No parties or events;
No pets allowed;
No food or drink in the bedrooms;
Quiet Hours: Between 10 PM and 8 AM;
Beach towels are NOT included.
Please use the towel bars on the condo`s front porch to dry beach towels. Condo Association rules state that beach towels may NOT be hung on any deck railing;
Please keep the house tidy throughout your stay to make your departure easier;
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 p.m. On the morning of your arrival date, you will receive your smart lock code, and we`ll send a text message with a Community Guest Gate Pass to the phone number we have on file. This pass will allow you to enter through the gate. Please get in touch with us immediately if you don`t receive the text message, as you won`t be able to access the property without it.
Check-out is before 10:00 am; please follow the checkout/cleaning instructions before you leave.

Kitchen had needed items and bed very comfortablde. Meals are eaten at a kitchen island bar on stools. Floor crackles where ever you walk so impossible to tip toe around quietly. Located on 3rd floor with lots of steps (no elevator)... challenging if carrying a heavy cooler. Pool and beach easily accessible and enjoyed playing pickleball everyday.

LOVED this condo and our stay! Ashley had excellent communication and that was much appreciated! I truly loved being right I’m on the inlet point. I will definitely come back for another stay & hopefully it will be a little warmer. It was quite chilly, but no one can control the weather! I LOVED reading all the cute guest pages in the guest book before I wrote mine! Especially the one about saving sharks! Although I’m very afraid of them, I’m a HUGE animal lover and truly believe all animals have a place in the world! So, to “Zolo” if you ever read my review….Thank you for loving sharks and writing “save the sharks!!” I highly recommend this absolutely cute condo and can’t wait to come back! Ashley - thank you so very much for your kindness!
