Summary:
Open Floor Plan and Dog Friendly (2) up to 40lbs.
Walking distance to the ocean and pet friendly - four bedroom/two bath home just a short walk to public beach access. Lovely living area and plenty of outdoor living space to enjoy. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer. Sheets and towels are included. Beach towels are not. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
The Space:
5 TV's, 1 DVD player and wireless internet. Rinse off with the outdoor shower under the house.
Main Bedroom - 1 King
Bedroom 2 - 1 King
Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen
Bedroom 4 - 1 Double & Twin bunk
No Smoking - No Motorcycles/Trailers Allowed
Pet Friendly (under 40lbs) Pet fee
Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owner's expense.
Guest Access:
Guests will pick up and return key(s) to the rental office.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.
Other Things to Note:
*Rates for weekends, holidays, and special events may be subject to change without notice and do not include the 12% tax or additional fees.
Must be 25 or older to rent. Absolutely NO house parties. NO SMOKING, NO MOTORCYCLES
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

Couldn't check in til after 5 the cleaning crew showed up late. the rugs in all the rooms were discussingly dirt, so was the living room furniture.was given 2 coupons for having to wait that you
could only use one per visit.b
