In the heart of Saint-Tropez, 4 minutes walk from the famous Place des Lices and 7 minutes from the Port, charming completely refurbished apartment of 65 m2 with two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living room with open kitchen.
Ideal location allowing you to quickly and easily reach the countless shops, restaurants/bars and beaches on foot.

The Accommodation:

Very nice bright apartment for 4 adults and 2 children in a closed development with fully air-conditioned gates.
The accommodation has two bedrooms. One has a 160x200 bed with dressing room and dresser and the other with a 140x200 bed
with a double dresser. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a large cabinet with a sink, a luminous mirror and a heated towel rail.
A large living/dining room completes the property with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electric hob, oven, microwave as well as everything necessary for cooking).
We also provide a parking space right in front of the accommodation for the duration of your stay.
The stairs shown in the photo lead to a mezzanine of 14 m2 fitted out for 2 children with a single bed each, toys and storage for their clothes and toys.

20 m2 of terrace will allow you to enjoy the sun of Saint-Tropez with barbecue, dining table with parasol and garden furniture for your aperitifs.

Passenger access:

To get around the center of Saint-Tropez you can do everything on foot or by bike.
No need for a car.
You will have a parking space right next to the accommodation to leave your car safely in the housing development with a gate.

DURING YOUR STAY:

--> Please bring in the Outer Cushions and Mattresses (morning dew and rain do not mix).

--> To warn us in case of Damage or Breakage.

--> Clean the Grill Each Time You Use It.

--> Be sure to close the parasol in case of wind to avoid breaking it.


BEFORE YOU LEAVE! We kindly ask you:

--> Empty all Garbage Items in the Accommodation before your Departure.

--> Gather all Sheets and Towels in one Place (returning them to a normal state of use).

--> To replace the objects and furniture moved during your stay to its original place.

--> To Clean and Store Dishes and Empty the Dishwasher.

--> Cleaning Appliances (Hob, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Toaster, Kettle, Barbecue, Coffee Machine...).

--> Make the Sanitary Facilities Clean.

--> To Throw Away or Take All Opened Food

In the event that the accommodations are made dirty we charge you the following rate: 150€ on departure from the premises in addition to the mandatory cleaning fee on arrival.


In case of loss of the keys/Badge given, the breakage of a key/Badge or the lock, the costs of changing the lock and duplicate keys will be borne by the traveller.
