Great location,full equipped kitchen and good air conditioning .

It was noisey from the street below

The property is located quite close to the airport in a lively neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and bars. It is large with two bedrooms and living/kitchen space and separate bathroom (bath wiith hand held shower). It is on the second floor (no lift) and the young man that met us helped carry our bags up. Be aware that you will need to book a car, uber or local taxi to get here. We were not able to catch a Roma Cab (white taxis) without paying the full Euro$55 which is what we would have paid to go into Rome City.

Excellent location and spacious accommodation with little balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Great communication with staff.

We like the location. It was in walking distance of the port, many restaurants and the beach. The pathway nearby is fantastic to walk or bike.

We specifically picked this location because it had a washer. We were at the end of a month long trip and wanted to do our laundry before heading home. When we asked where the washer was, the host said it was broken. No previous notice. In addition, we love coffee, but we would not use the coffee machine because it was old and the water tank/bottle looked very dirty. We ended up buying coffee out all of the time.
