This 2-bedroom apartment was perfect for 3 people. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. There are lots of restaurants nearby. There is plenty of parking on the street. Close to Fiumicino Airport.

There is no elevator, so lugging heavy suitcases upstairs could be an issue for some guests.

Amazing stay and the hosts were Brilliant.

The place was clean and in a great location - plenty of great restaurants nearby. They even offered to pick up and drop us off at the airport for a small fee. This was great considering we had an early start the next morning. Across the road is a supermarket which had everything you need.

Cozy updates historic house.

The location was close To plenty of food and great places to eat. The staff allowed us to check in early and leave our bags and were very kind and accommodating.

It was fairly loud, the room below us had construction early in the morning and at 3am there were alarms going off for a good hour at the super market across the street, most likely not often but that was our experience this visit so we did not get to sleep much.

There was no hot water in the bathroom. The staff asked for extra money — €15 per child — even though everything was already paid through Booking. He came again later asking for an additional €10 cash for a “tax” that was already included in my original payment

Fantastic. Super comfortable. Gracious host. Nice neighborhood.

I stayed here before a flight out of Rome and after I came back before returning to Le Marche. I was a little confused on my arrival and showed up later than anticipated. But I was accepted with incredible graciousness. There was a restaurant downstairs and a grocery around the corner. It was a very easy place to stay and also very comfortable. Thank you!

Lovely, clean and well-outfitted apartment within walking distance to a grocery store, many restaurants & bars. Well priced. Can arrange additional airport transportation.

A better fan would be helpful in the bedrooms especially during the summer. The air conditioner is good but is only in the living room.

Cute place near the Fiumicino airports in àwwwaa

The property was close to the Fiumicino Airport and had a bath! However it was a short stay here because of an early flight. Close to a very well stocked and gourmet supermarket. Also this place is a short ride by local bus from the airport. Take the bus from the airport (medium strip next to local Taxi sign) that says “bus to Fiumicino”. Takes you to a little bus station which is either a 1km walk or another short bus ride (#8) right to the place. This bus doesn’t seem to leave super early - so the only way to get to the airports Is rwtwrewr reerweetetwweéreort for an early flight is to take a taxi/ uber or pay Damiano for a lift (the shuttle bus). He does charge €30 euro which can be a lot given it’s a 5 min drive - so maybe factor this in when deciding what time to fly out. Nice little port right outside the door of the place and a strip of rest on all of similar price, alone with one souvenir shop and a gelato shop!

Two people from our group said they experienced what they thought were bed bugs. The kitchen says it’s fully stocked but was missing a cork screw/bottle opener (priorities!) and a bread knife. Super noisy (cars, people yelling), no lift! Coffee machine wasn’t great - didn’t see anything On The Road to working . Overall. Aww

Not a place for senior adults looking for a place to stay near Rome Airport. Try a hotel!

Three rooms

Third Storie and many steps, not a house but an apartment. No breakfast. Air condition in only one room. TV didn't;t work. Stove didn't work. Not a happy experience for 70 plus year olds. Added two adults to stay and charged me 60 euro more only in cash.

Bad instructions and too hot because of power failure.

The property was located close to Fiumicino Airport. Just keep in mind that you still need to pay 20-30 euro to get there by cab.

It was too noisy throughout the night. Also, in the middle of the night the main electricity shut off and we could not turn it back until next morning when the manager came to the property. It was a very hot night and we could not sleep because we could not turn on the air conditioner. Check-out time was extremely early at 10:00am and the manager reached out to us very rudely because he thought we took some towels! They were stored inside a closet and did not bother to check before writing to us.

Cute, clean apartment close to airport away from chaos of Rome

Located close to Fiumacino airport, in a smaller town close to Rome, this was a quiet and relaxing place to wind down our 2 weeks in Italy. The apartment is spacious, clean, and near restaurants, shops, and bakeries.

Not complaints, just information. There are stairs to carry luggage so just be aware of that.

The location was awesome, we really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean, spacious and we would rent again, there were restaurants, bars, a nice walk to the sea, lots of fishing boats, and lit up well at night.

The cleaning lady forgot toilet paper, so we had to call to get some, but the owner was very quick to bring some to us. Everything else was perfect.
