Está muy bien ubicado, andando por la costa llegas al centro en 10-12 minutos. Está muy bien equipado con todo tipo de electrodomésticos, incluyendo cafetera senseo y tostadora, microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora, secador de pelo...
El aire acondicionado para usarlo como calefacción está capado, no sube mucho la temperatura. Aunque en la pantalla subas los grados hace lo mismo a 20 que a 24, y lo mismo con el ventilador.

Bon emplacement, très belle vue, propre, et spacieux pour ma petite famille. Très belle terrasse. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Réactivité et gentillesse de la personne de l’agence. Au top👍
Parking au sous-sol difficile d’accès pour une voiture familiale. Mais avec un peu de patience et de manœuvres on y arrive💪

Séjour agréable avant le grand rush de l'été malgré le début de la canicule et les bruits de la San Joan. Là la clim est utile en l'utilisant avec parcimonie L'appartement répondait à tous nos critères sauf pour la porte de la douche qui ne s'entrouve que sur 30 cm ,messieurs les ventrus sont interdits de douche!!! Un défaut rapidement à corriger par les propriétaires sinon ce serait discriminatoire
