Broken shower and poor service

Half a roll of toilet paper, no trash bags, no cleaning supplies for the dishes and a broken shower. When asked to resolve the problems host told us to buy the stuff ourselves and promised a PayPal refund - better than nothing but not really my idea of a serviced appartment.

Lenzuola e asciugamani in dotazione puliti. Li avrei però graditi bianchi per dare un'ulteriore certezza di igiene.

Il disagio peggiore è stata la doccia: mancava l'aggancio per lo spruzzino quindi bisognava tenerlo su a mano. Questo se già è scomodo per un adulto figuriamoci per chi, come noi deve lavare un neonato di 4 mesi!! Bisognava sempre essere in 2! Mi sarei aspettata di essere avvertita dal proprietario di questa mancanza, visto che ci eravamo sentiti prima dell'arrivo e avevo fatto presente di avere 2 bimbi, di cui uno neonato. Ho fatto notare questo problema al proprietario e mi ha risposto che ne era già al corrente (quindi avrebbe potuto avvertirmi per tempo) e avrebbe risolto a stagione finita. Quindi io mi sono dovuta arrangiare!! Oltre a questo, la posizione è pessima, scomoda a tutto (come del resto è Marilleva 1400 almeno d'estate), ma l'appartamento è proprio decentrato anche rispetto al "centro', quindi serve l'auto per andare ovunque. Appartamento e stabile vecchi e stantii e senza ascensore: 2 piani di scale con valigie e bambini sono veramente troppo scomodi, considerato poi che il posto auto è addirittura ancora più in basso (abbiamo optato per lasciare l'auto nei posti liberi davanti all'ingresso). Le finestre solo su un lato non permettono all'aria di raggiungere la "camera" matrimoniale, che essendo ricavata piazzando un armadio in mezzo alla stanza risulta cieca e caldissima. L'armadio nella cameretta dei bambini è inutilizzabile poiché le ante son piene di coperte e cuscini e i cassetti non si possono aprire perché bloccati dal termosifone. Infine la cosa più nauseante: la moquette ovunque! Vi prego, eliminatela!!!

Appartamento con tutto l'occorrente e ampia cucina ben riscaldato

Accesso alle piste distante e scomodo in assenza di neve e della pista biancaneve chiusa, dalla ovovia albarè al ritorno è necessario fare una salita molto impegnativa con gli scarponi
