Epic Views, Huge House, Acres of J-Trees to explore, Hot Tub, Pool, AC, and Mini-Golf

Fabulous place to spread out in for 2 weeks. We had friends and family rotate through for 2 weeks. The kitchen is great, the laundry facilities are new and clean. The outside facilities are great: coyote tub, hot pool, mini golf. And of course climbing in JT! Best of all, Finn was a fabulous host- responsive to questions, setting up facilities to make our prolonged stay the best possible. Thanks Finn!

No vegetable peeler ( but we may have missed it in the fully-stocked kitchen!) 🙂

Great place for families! Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Fun vintage video games, BIG backyard. My grandson and I enjoyed riding our mountain bikes in the backyard. We enjoyed the hammocks for stargazing. Sunrise coffee out back was special. Plenty of parking in the front. Close to the National Park entrance. Buy your pass ahead of time at the visitor center to save time at the entrance line. Hike Hidden Valley!

Nothing...don't let the short amount of dirt road scare you, it's hard packed and fine!

Beautiful property with wildlife literally in your backyard and thought out touches that add up to your experience. Great transparent communication from the start, smooth check in and no issues during the stay. Conveniently located close to JTNP and the town of Joshua Tree. We will definitely be coming back! Everything was great

The Way Out Ranch is an outstanding home with an outstanding, accommodating, and amazingly helpful host in Finn. Great dining choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were just 5 minutes away. Also, the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park was an easy 10 minute drive. So many activities at the house, you might not even need to leave! Big dog-friendly backyard, 7-hole putt-putt golf course, hot tub, TV, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds - all top notch! Highly recommend!

This property is AMAZING! The host did a great job making the home what it is -- a magical Joshua Tree getaway. Super clean upon entry and we felt at home immediately. The bedrooms each have their own decor and vibe. The art work is super unique and well organized throughout the home. There are multiple old school arcade style video games (NBA Jams, etc.) in the home which I thought was a really cool touch. Joshua trees litter the property and stretch all the way to the fence line in the back yard. There are Burning Man style bikes you can ride on the property and/or through the neighborhood. Hot tub in the backyard with a hammock tree and a mini-put golf course. Gas grill and a charcoal grill with a fire pit. There's a wood burning stove in the living room and stainless steal appliances throughout. It's super nice. The bathrooms are all very clean. One of them is an open-concept shower with Spanish tile decor -- it's beautiful. We had a wonderful time at the home and will absolutely be back. Strongly recommended!!!

My family had an exceptional stay at the Way Out Ranch. The home was immaculate upon arrival, spacious, well stocked, and exceeded our expectations. The home was quiet, private and had a large fenced in yard with its very own Joshua trees. The patio was an incredible perk for morning coffee and night caps at the bar. Mattresses, pillows and linens were new, clean, and comfortable. Every detail was thought out with care. The decor was fun and eclectic which added a level of charm to the home. A great feature of The Way Out Ranch was was its proximity to the park with just a quick drive to the entrance. The home is also walking distance to one of the most beautiful hikes called the Friendly Hills trail. Catch it during the sunrise or sunset. Our daughter enjoyed the rabbits, quail, lizards, and coyote sightings. Finn was great to communicate with. Check in and check out was extremely smooth. We have been to Joshua Tree several times but this by far was our favorite vacation home. We look forward to our next trip to JT and would love to stay here again!
