Excellent location with outstanding amenities. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Great views of downtown from the windows and balcony.

The proximity to the interstate made for a noisy first night. By the second night it didn't bother us.

A door stop was broken and the back door was open couldn't connect to the internet.

but the location is so bad and noisy from highway the staff in effortless stay call center are so Rude

Good contact with the host. Parking spot in the building was a nice feature (spots are small, so bigger SUVs won't fit easily, but we had a smaller car and were able to always get one spot among 5 guest spots on all days).

I think that future guests should be aware that the proximity of the very noisy (but really, extremely noisy) highway makes this place almost unusable. I couldn't sleep any single night, even with earbuds. We tried to use the balcony with a grill once, and had to give up, since talking to each other was difficult (we literally needed to scream to hear each other at the balcony). The host could also check the quality of cleaning or do some deep cleaning once in a while -- I found mold in one of the shower cabins in its corners. Adding more items to the kitchen would not be a bad idea (we didn't find teaspoons at all, the meat thermometer was there but with no batteries, etc.)
