The sheets were dirty. There was Chito dust all over the floors, one of the mattress pads someone had urinated on it and then they put the clean sheets over it, which was disgusting so while my daughter-in-law was making her bed, she just took it off and put it on the floor. I told them about it. They never did anything about it. All they I think we deserve a discount for all the trouble that we’ve gone through then I also made a reservation at Colorado Springs at the Holiday Inn. They were OK to charge me for both nights, but I called the hotel five or six times they kept telling me we had no reservation here Then finally the last time I called again cause I went through every holiday in in Colorado Springs then they tell me that oh finally they found my reservation and then when I finally got here the Jacque and the other lady were so rude to us and then I told him that I wanted to cancel the second night And they were giving me such a hard time. Finally, she said she was gonna do it, but if not, if you could make sure that they don’t charge me for the second night on my two rooms cause I’m already frustrated. Everyone in my family was disgusted with the customer service. They had here and we didn’t have a good experience either in Denver so if you can get back to me, I’m like so upset and like I said if you can, please cancel the second night here at the Holiday Inn because I’ve been trying to get a hold of Colorado Springs because here there’s no toll-free number the toll-free number the lady gave me it’s not even a live agent then she wants the reservation numbers. I don’t even have the reservation numbers the reservation numbers are She didn’t even give me the paperwork like I asked she wouldn’t let me do anything thank you if you can call me back at 505-927-2684 thank you.
