The Space
Escape the Springdale hotel crowds and experience the true magic of Southern Utah. Perched on private land with unobstructed, panoramic views of Zion’s iconic red rock mesas, this luxury hybrid tiny home on wheels blends rugged desert beauty with high-end comfort.
After a grueling day hiking Angels Landing or wading through The Narrows, your private oasis awaits. Drop your gear, fire up the grill, and sink into your private hot tub to watch the sunset paint the cliffs crimson.
The Experience
Unbeatable Location: Wake up to breathtaking Zion views right from your bedroom.
Hiker’s Recovery: Private, pristine hot tub open year-round—perfect for muscle recovery and stargazing under the certified Dark Sky.
Tiny Luxury: Fully climate-controlled (AC/Heating) with a modern bathroom, high-end kitchen, and blazing-fast WiFi + smart TV for remote work or streaming.
This unit has two private bedrooms with one King and one Queen sized bed. The upstairs loft includes a full size bed as well, and skylight windows to stargaze at night.
Traveling with friends? We have 3 sister tiny homes on this property. Message us to book multiple units together for the ultimate group getaway!
Guest access
Guests will have access to their tiny house and the entire 75 acre property for walking or having a picnic down by the stream. A private fire pit and wood is provided for fires. There is also a propane BBQ grill provided and skewers for roasting marshmallows.
The Property
Zions Tiny Oasis and the surrounding areas have breathtaking 360 views, and are quite secluded from the tourism and hustle and bustle of Springdale and the park. We do have 3 other tiny homes on the property which sit at two hundred - eight hundred feet away from each other. We also have a small neighborhood nearby, their homes are out of view , and down the hill/across the street. The oasis borders the west side of Zion Park; with many great hiking and biking trails nearby. As far as services, there is the Fort Zion gift shop and restaurant just 5 minutes away, and of course, the Park is only 15 minutes from the oasis. Springdale features many wonderful restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues.

We loved staying here! A little bit like camping, but with every possible amenity! The tiny home was adorable, comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The owners went above and beyond to assure that everything you could possibly need was available. (They also provided detailed instructions and recommendations prior to arrival to assure an easy/smooth stay!) The patio was amazing. Hot tub, deck, firepit, and grill provided the perfect hangout to enjoy the gorgeous 360 views. Just a short drive to Zion. We will definitely be back!
