About this house rental
Beautiful home located just off main road to entrance of Zion National Park. Next to shuttle stop. Walk to restaurants. Backs onto Virgin River and park. Private infinity edge pool and hot tub overlooking river. Go to sleep to the sound of the river... Wake up to an amazing light show as the sun hits West Temple Mountain Ride your bike from your driveway up through Zion National Park or rent ebikes in town. Kids can swing out over the river Great room has plenty of space for gathering after a day of hiking Watch your videos and pictures from your day in Zion in the theatre room on the big screen tv Relax with a book in the hammock next to the river or take a swim in beautiful infinity edge pool while you escape the crowds and take in some of the most amazing views in the world. Incredible Stay for a Family Zion Trip!We had an absolute five-star stay at this incredible home in Springdale! The house was perfect for my family of six (my wife, four kids, and myself), offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.The property itself is spectacular—the beautiful pool was a massive hit, and the views of the Virgin River were simply incredible. The hosts provided games and genuinely thought of everything you could possibly need for a flawless stay.Logistically, the location couldn't be better. It’s right near a local gas station that was an easy walk for quick supplies, and it sits right on the shuttle bus line, making trips down to the Zion National Park entrance completely effortless. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after long days of hiking, biking, and exploring the park. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a beautiful home in the perfect location and access to Zion. There was an issue with AC that happened just prior to our arrival, so we had wet carpet in one room and couldn’t really get the upstairs cooled off. Thus, we had more use of the pool and otherwise thoroughly appreciated the proximity to everything.

Just stayed at this Springdale UT home & happy to summarize our stay:--PROs: location, location, location, as this home is close to literally everything from highway/roads to gas station to restaurants to shops to the free shuttle service and to the magnificent Zion Natl Park. The home is spacious w/4bedrooms, 3baths, pool, sun patio, covered balcony & a nice, open space interior. Plus, the owner, Tori, was pleasant, even leaving me a personalized handwritten note, which we appreciated. --CONs: we were surprised that this advertised "luxury home" was not as pictured in the ad photos, with dilapidated/dirty outdoor furniture & unkept landscaping (built-up leaves, dead plants). There was an active construction site immediately next door, limiting our tranquility & visual privacy (privacy wall not nearly high enough). Not their fault, just bad timing, but there was also a mouse scurrying around inside, which we had to notify the owner of (she sent someone to lay a trap). And lastly, I've stayed at numerous "luxury homes," and though this place was very nice & certainly met our needs, I think it is VERY overpriced.
