About this house rental
Beautiful home located just off main road to entrance of Zion National Park. Next to shuttle stop. Walk to restaurants. Backs onto Virgin River and park. Private infinity edge pool and hot tub overlooking river. Go to sleep to the sound of the river... Wake up to an amazing light show as the sun hits West Temple Mountain Ride your bike from your driveway up through Zion National Park or rent ebikes in town. Kids can swing out over the river Great room has plenty of space for gathering after a day of hiking Watch your videos and pictures from your day in Zion in the theatre room on the big screen tv Relax with a book in the hammock next to the river or take a swim in beautiful infinity edge pool while you escape the crowds and take in some of the most amazing views in the world. We Loved the property. Definitely a Luxury Home. I especially loved the Virgin River running through our backyard. We tubed. Also the many Glass Walls and big windows made me feel like I was outside all the time. Saw a big old deer who hangs out close by. Home is fully equipped with everything you would expect and more. This house is extremely comfortable, well-appointed, and conveniently situated in Springdale. Views from the property are amazing. We used e-bikes to navigate Zion from the property which worked very well for us. My family loved using the pool and hot tub. The property owner was very helpful and communication was top notch.

The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed and then some. Great location with easy accessibility to the Springdale line and some walking trails. Our kids loved the pool and electronic game table. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub after long days of hiking. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we are heading to Zion.

Just stayed at this Springdale UT home & happy to summarize our stay:--PROs: location, location, location, as this home is close to literally everything from highway/roads to gas station to restaurants to shops to the free shuttle service and to the magnificent Zion Natl Park. The home is spacious w/4bedrooms, 3baths, pool, sun patio, covered balcony & a nice, open space interior. Plus, the owner, Tori, was pleasant, even leaving me a personalized handwritten note, which we appreciated. --CONs: we were surprised that this advertised "luxury home" was not as pictured in the ad photos, with dilapidated/dirty outdoor furniture & unkept landscaping (built-up leaves, dead plants). There was an active construction site immediately next door, limiting our tranquility & visual privacy (privacy wall not nearly high enough). Not their fault, just bad timing, but there was also a mouse scurrying around inside, which we had to notify the owner of (she sent someone to lay a trap). And lastly, I've stayed at numerous "luxury homes," and though this place was very nice & certainly met our needs, I think it is VERY overpriced.
