We’re offering our cottage, located within the Les Cottages Saint Martin residential resort. A quiet, family-friendly location between Port Bourgenay (4 km) and Les Sables d’Olonne (6 km). Just a stone’s throw from Cayola Bay. Located 500 meters from the sea, with direct access to bike paths and coastal trails.
An ideal spot for exploring the Vendée: the beaches, nearby towns, wild coastal trails, the Payré estuary, forests, salt marshes, and oyster farms…
Many amusement parks nearby: aquarium (3 min), zoo (10 min), Château de Talmont (20 min), O’Gliss Park (20 min), Puy du Fou (1 hr)…
DESCRIPTION:
4-person chalet with 2 bedrooms located on a 210m² lot, featuring a covered wooden deck of over 15m². Parking on the lot.
Amenities:
- Wi-Fi and ADSL; one bedroom with a 140-cm bed and a closet
one bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a 140-cm bed and a closet
- Bathroom with shower, separate toilet
- Kitchenette: fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, gas stovetop,

Court séjour mais agréable. La location est située proche de la côte et au calme. C'était parfait pour se reposer après des journées de randonnées. Le gardien est de bon conseil pour faire découvrir la région. Le mobilhome est bien équipé.
