Lovely Apartment to feel Lisbon

O AL fica numa localização óptima, o bairro é super simpático. O Ricardo é um excelente anfitrião, atencioso e muito prestável. O apartamento tem óptimas condições, comodidades boas, muita luz e limpo.

Os colchões são de molas, nota-se já um certo desconforto.

The apartment was totally adequate. Neighborhood was standard Lisbon with parking issues. About a 20 minute walk from where I needed to go to to attend to business, and a 5 minute drive to the airport. The place was, in a lot of ways, "college housing" given it's proximity to the university.

I might consider new cleaning staff. Other than that it was totally adequate with standard fold-out IKEA table and basic furniture......Nothing a typical homeowner would buy for their own house, but totally adequate for students and rentals.

Giriş olanakları ve erken giriş.Konumu gayet iyiydi. Mahalle çok sessiz ve sakindi. Duş sıcaklığı ve basıncı harikaydı. Her odada klima olması çok iyiydi. Ve Ricardo’un ev sahipliği süperdi.

Bence yatakların gözden geçirilmesi gerekiyor. Biraz incelmiş gibi geldi.İlk 2 gün hiç alışamadım. Sonra vücut uyum gösterdi galiba 😃 havlularda da biraz incelme hissedildi. Bir de kapı ve pencereler sanırım yeni boyanmıştı. O yoğun koku ilk 2 gün biraz rahatsız etti.

I loved the location & the view! Everything you need is close by. The area has a cozy warm feeling to it, safe and greenery everywhere you go! Ricardo was beyond amazing, from day one, he was really helpful and super accommodating. He made sure I had everything I need for my stay as well as the check-in and check-out goes smoothly without having to meet even! Truly appreciate all the help and suggestions he provided to make sure I have a great time in Portugal. Definitely not gonna be my last time and I would 100% recommend this property and this great host.

The doors might need a little bit of renovation.
