Casa Oliphaunt

Everything exceeded our expectations. The hosts, the house and the location were perfect.

We loved the attention to detail the owners gave to the guest experience. The beds had mattress toppers for extra comfort. Written instructions were provided for everything. And lots of brochures for info on sightseeing. And like everyone else we loved the option to use the air conditioning. Hot water for the shower was so relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need if like us you do prepare your own meals. I also appreciated the fold out clothes drying rack to dry our hand washed clothes. We loved the location, a short walk to the beach and promenade with access to neighboring towns on both sides of the caravan park. Also a good base location for our excursions with two large grocery shops, sainsburys and Tesco within a few miles. Both also had petrol stations. The tv had a guest account for Prime Video which we used. We enjoyed the comfy couches with recliners. We appreciated the extra towels provided for our 9 day stay. Host were accessible and easy to communicate with. The site was very peaceful.

Be aware that the shower is on the smaller size. One group of people were excessively noisy on the Saturday night past curfew. Obviously hosts have no control over this. This was an isolated incident on one night out of our total 12 day experience with this site.

Steve and Cheryl are amazing couple, really lovely. They went beyond and above to make our stay comfortable and exciting. I would recommend Casa Oliphaunt any day and time. Its exceptional indeed.
