Unique and rustic, yet modern and spacious 1200 sq ft 2 bed 1 bath detached guest cottage, newly renovated.
A truly unique private and quiet space in Mooresville NC convenient to all area amenities. Just a short walk to the lake, close to attractions, minutes to Lowe’s HQ, Davidson College, Langtree, NASCAR shops, and only 30 minutes from Uptown Charlotte.
Perfect for a weekend getaway, short or long term corporate stay, this turn-key lake Norman cottage has everything you need and more.
The space
A perfect space for vacation or business travelers or family retreats.
The rustic design is unique, but gives you such a comfortable feeling.
**NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: In order to ensure your reservation is secured you must make sure your profile is complete with all of the following: 1) a government issued ID 2) phone number and 3) email address. If you do not provide these items in your profile we cannot provide a reservation. 1200 square feet with 16 foot cathedral ceilings and exposed beams in the main living area gives this space an open feel. The indoor electric fire place adds a warm cozy feeling as you sit and enjoy a movie. Ceilings lined in rustic tin and tongue and groove wood give this new space a very rustic cozy feel.
Enjoy the two outdoor covered seating areas with ceiling fans and listen to the sounds of the fountain in the zen rock garden out front. BBQ grill with outdoor seating for 4. Relax and enjoy the scenery of the private backyard with grape vines, peach and apple trees during fruit season. With some patience you will catch the deer and rabbits wandering through the back yard and picking off the fruit trees.
King size bed in the master bedroom with pillow top mattress and nice linens.
Queen size bed in guest bedroom.
Beautifully furnished and very comfortable.
Central heat and air.
WiFi and 50” TV in living area, 32” TV in master bedroom.
Fully loaded kitchen with silverware, kitchenware, dishes, toaster, coffee pot, coffee, full size fridge, paper towels, napkins.

Very nice property, loved my stay. Host even left us a bottle of wine for our anniversary. Only negative was there was a 1500 deposit required that wasn't mentioned anywhere (as far as I can tell) until I went to make the second payment, whoch was not a great surprise.

Our stay was fantastic. The property owners were so kind and very accommodating. The whole place was clean, kitchen was ready for cooking, and the backyard was very relaxing. Such a nice neighborhood as well. Definitely would recommend!

The hosts did a fantastic job and had all of the needed amenities and everything was very clean and organized. It is a private cottage behind their main house but it is like you have your own place which we really needed for the weekend! She even went above and beyond and provided a bottle of wine along with a variety of keurig coffee flavors which were really good. She also provided some snacks too! We loved the Christmas decor which really helped us get into the Christmas spirit! She thought of all of the details. We stayed for 2 nights and had a peaceful and relaxing weekend. I would definitely recommend to someone who needs a little getaway or for a small family with a child. There were some games as well, monopoly, candyland etc. Beautiful backyard too. It feels like you are in the country but only minutes away from whatever you may need.
