Our comfortable villa is located in the highly desirable and peaceful gated community of Tuscan Hills, close to all the Disney attractions. There is parking space for two cars.
It is perfect for families and offers a large pool with extended deck area, sun loungers and includes a child safety fence and door alarms for added safety.
Our covered lanai offers a remote-controlled ceiling fan and light with a table and 4 chairs. A BBQ is available for an extra fee.
Inside the villa you will find a comfortable living area featuring a flat screen TV, dining area to seat 6 people and a breakfast bar with 2 stools. There is a new games room which offers a pool table, darts and table tennis.
There are 3 bedrooms, one king bed with en-suite bathroom, one queen and one twin. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV.
The en-suite bathroom has two washbasins, a wc and a walk-in shower. There is also a family bathroom with wc, wash basin and bath with shower overhead. Both bathrooms have a hair dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped for at home dining including microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and up to date stainless-steel oven with hob and a fridge-freezer.
The villa features recent upgrades including tiled floors throughout, ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms.
You will also have the use of complimentary Wi-Fi, a full-size washer & dryer, iron and board, linens, and towels. There is also a security alarm system and smoke detectors.
Guests are ideally located for the Disney attractions and local golf courses. There is also a comprehensive selection of restaurants, fast food, supermarkets, shops and evening entertainment available nearby.

House was nice. Kitchen not well equipped. Old coffee pot that malfunctioned, no blender. Single beds a little small for an adult. Not very many tv stations available.
